Billing consumption

Use Billing consumption to inspect how the selected company is using its plan limits.

Consumption explains feature availability and quota pressure. It is the first place to check when a workspace reaches a product, catalog, procurement, logo, integration, or other plan-related limit.

What the page is for

Open Company Workspace → Subscription & Billing → Consumption when you need to:

  • see the effective plan;
  • check coverage until date;
  • review tracked limits;
  • see remaining capacity;
  • inspect enabled features;
  • review usage history by period;
  • decide whether the company should upgrade.

How to read limits

Each limit describes a feature or count controlled by the active plan.

Important fields are:

  • configured maximum value;
  • current usage;
  • remaining capacity;
  • whether the limit is usage-tracked;
  • whether a feature is enabled.

If remaining capacity is zero or negative, the company may need cleanup, a plan change, or administrative correction.
